I was tempted to stop reading this book. I’m glad I finished it. The second half is where the good stuff is. I won’t say all 50 tips resonated with me. Maybe 8 actually did. But that is enough to help you cope when you want to turn to food to fix your feelings.
This is my first book from Dr Susan Albers. Her approach on Mindful Eating has changed my life. This is NOT a diet book, but a way to get Mindful.I LOVE the book. It is a must have book. You will love it.
